Where are services provided?

Sound Speech is located in Tramz Plaza at 776 Mountain Boulevard, Suite 106, in Watchung, New Jersey 07069. 

What do parents/caregivers do during sessions?

Caregivers actively participate in all therapy sessions to help promote generalization of skills and outcomes.

Does Sound Speech accept insurance?

Sound Speech currently is not a participating member of insurance companies. Payment is expected at the time of service and families are provided an invoice with billing codes to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

What is the cancellation policy?

Sound Speech understands that there are times when families must miss an appointment due to illness, family emergencies, or obligations. However, no-shows and late-cancellations prevent the delivery of service to other clients. We ask that you please provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling a session. We reserve the right to charge for sessions that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

What hours are Sound Speech open for services?

Our hours are flexible and may vary throughout the year. We make every effort to accommodate families' schedules. Weekend hours are not currently offered but may be in the future.
